Karibu at the Canadian Multicultural Day at the Down Plaza stage in Regina and in Weyburn Saturday, June 24, 2017.

“KARIBU”   is an inter-cultural live performance popular theatre aimed at increasing collaboration and shared understanding between immigrants and non-immigrants, young and older, mainstream and marginalized members of the community – through drum, dance and dialogue.

“KARIBU”   is a project of Uganda Canadian Association of Saskatchewan Inc. (UCAS). 2014/2015 “KARIBU” project highlights Nelsons Mandela, as an African and international inspirational leader. This year’s “KARIBU” performance is based on his quote “It always seems IMPOSSIBLE until it’s done”.
